Q. How long does it take to receive my order?
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, and orders are usually shipped within two business days. For personalized items during peak periods, please allow up to two additional business days for shipment.
Q. Can I add gift note or gift wrap to my order?
Sending a gift to someone special? We’d be happy to include a personalized message for you! Simply leave your gift note in the notes section when placing your order, and we will include a handwritten note. We also offer a gift box for bloomere portable bedding sets.
Q.What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
*For customized products (name embroidery orders), we cannot accept returns or replacement. If there is an issue with your order (wrong name, color, defective, etc.), please email us so we can make it right.

Q. Where are your products made from?
All of our bloomere products are produced with care and love in South Korea, using small batch production for the utmost quality and authenticity. Small batch production requires attention and thoughtfulness. In addition, producing smaller batches enables us to make quick changes to improve our products based on consumer feedback, to increase customer satisfaction. Additionally, smaller production runs help to reduce waste and utilize fewer resources in the production process.
Q. Is the blanket attached to the pad and pillow?
Portable Bedding Set: Our portable bedding sets have snap buttons on the pad that allow for easy attachment of the bag and the blanket. This allows you to customize the set to suit your preferences and your child's needs. The pillow is not attached to either the blanket or the pad.

What are the care instruction for Portable Bedding Sets and Nap Mats?
Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low heat. Do not bleach. The pillow can be washed entirely, but you can also remove the cover.
For Portable bedding set: Spot clean the Canvas Cover.

Do you offer free embroidery on all products?
We offer free embroidery on all of our products except for our Nap Mats and Portable Diaper Changing Pads.
